I joined this parking enforcement web platform when it was still in an early stage and progressively took over full ownership of the architecture and implementation decisions. I provided architectural consulting and full-stack development in C# .NET Core, enabling authorized users to report and fine illegally parked vehicles. I analyzed and clarified business and technical requirements together with the Project Leader and the customer, and built secure user flows, rights/role management, case management, and data persistence. I designed, implemented and maintained REST APIs and frontend systems, delivering the complete backend-plus-frontend solution using Razor Pages and REST. I created tests and quality checks to ensure reliability, coordinated and supported other frontend developers to ensure consistent implementation quality, implemented UI/UX specifications from Figma, handled server and hosting management, and maintained Jira task tracking and Confluence documentation throughout the project.

I designed the architecture and implemented a cross-platform mobile application using Expo, React Native, TypeScript, and a modular component structure. I built a serverless backend with stateless API endpoints for poem and image generation, credit handling, and user content retrieval, and implemented state management to support daily content delivery. I designed the in-app purchase architecture using RevenueCat, providing unified cross-platform entitlements, consistent receipt handling, and a credit-based monetization model. I set up CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, OTA updates, and release management, and delivered the app to both Google Play and the Apple App Store.

I initially co-developed this greenfield product-tracking platform together with another developer, building the foundation of the system from scratch. Over time, I took full ownership of the project — driving architecture, implementation, cloud infrastructure, and delivery end-to-end. I designed and maintained C# .NET Core backend services, implemented REST APIs and frontend systems, and engineered modular, multi-layered architectures aligned with Clean Architecture. I designed and provisioned the complete Azure cloud infrastructure using IaC (ACR, Resource Groups, App Services, Entra ID, NSGs, SQL Server, KeyVault, Storage, ...) and established CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, including automated deployments and Playwright E2E testing. I developed distributed systems, integrated external services via REST, and built administration dashboards using Razor Pages, MVC and Angular. I delivered a Cognitive Services solution for DotMatrix font recognition, collaborated closely with Product Owners to refine requirements, maintained Jira/Confluence workflows, and mentored a junior developer in cloud engineering and code quality.

I implemented automation and infrastructure enhancements using PowerShell and C#, streamlining operations, reducing manual overhead, and ensuring consistent, maintainable cloud configurations.

I analyzed, clarified and refined business and technical requirements in close collaboration with Product Owners and developers. I developed and integrated enterprise-grade solutions for KTM, ensuring consistent architectural standards across services and integrations. I integrated external systems via REST APIs, delivered REST/SOAP services and SQL-based data flows to support business operations, and designed high-performance search capabilities for KTM DEALERNET using Apache Solr. I contributed to the development of a work-order tracking system for Fronius, and built full-stack features across C#, Java, ASP.NET and Angular. I maintained clear development workflows in Jira and ensured smooth coordination across teams and stakeholders.

I developed REST APIs for a cloud-based antivirus platform, enabling secure and scalable integrations for enterprise customers and third-party systems. I designed and implemented monitoring solutions to ensure reliability and operational visibility, built AWS cloud infrastructure, and introduced infrastructure-as-code together with automated deployment pipelines to streamline delivery and improve consistency across environments.

I designed and implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM plugins to extend core platform functionality, enforce complex business rules, and automate critical workflows across the organization. This included customizing entity behavior, integrating external logic, and ensuring reliable, maintainable extensions aligned with enterprise standards.
